Refund and Cancellation Policy

At KodingBright, we strive to ensure that our customers are satisfied with our products and services. This Refund and Cancellation Policy outlines the terms and conditions for requesting a refund or canceling a service.

Refund Policy

We offer refunds for unused credits/classes under the following conditions:

Eligibility for Refund:

  • You must have successfully enrolled in a course or program offered by KodingBright.
  • You must not have completed the course or program.
  • You must submit a refund request within 10 days from the date of payment for one-to-one classes.
  • For group classes, you must submit a refund request within 10 days from the date of the first class.
  • You must complete a mandatory exit interview/meeting with our staff as part of the refund process.
  • You must provide proof of purchase (transaction receipt, invoice, or payment confirmation).

Refund Process

To request a refund:

  1. Contact our customer support team at care@kodingbright.com with your refund request.
  2. Provide your order details, including transaction ID, course name, and reason for refund.
  3. Complete the mandatory exit interview/meeting with our staff.
  4. Once approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.

Non-Refundable Items

The following items are non-refundable:

  • Classes or courses that have been completed.
  • Refund requests submitted after 10 days from the date of payment (for one-to-one classes) or after 10 days from the first class (for group classes).
  • Any promotional or discounted courses, unless otherwise specified.
  • Services that have been fully utilized or consumed.
  • Processing fees, if any, charged by payment gateways.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your subscription or enrollment at any time by contacting our customer support team at care@kodingbright.com. However, please note the following:

  • Any cancellations made within the month will not qualify for a refund within the same month.
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email.
  • Once a cancellation is processed, you will lose access to the course materials and services immediately.
  • Scheduled classes that are canceled less than 24 hours before the scheduled time may be subject to forfeiture.

Class Rescheduling

If you need to reschedule a class:

  • You may reschedule a class up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.
  • Rescheduling requests made less than 24 hours before the class may be subject to availability and approval.
  • Multiple rescheduling requests may be subject to review and approval by our team.

Payment Gateway Charges

Please note that payment gateway charges, if any, are non-refundable. In case of a refund, the amount will be credited to your original payment method after deducting any applicable payment gateway charges.

Dispute Resolution

If you have any concerns or disputes regarding refunds or cancellations, please contact us at care@kodingbright.com. We will review your case and work towards a fair resolution.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes indicates your acceptance of the updated policy.
